Expert Installation Has Never Been Easier To Find
A great window is only as good as the installation behind it. That’s why our skilled, experienced team treats every project with the care and precision it deserves. We start by listening to your needs, measuring carefully, and recommending the best fit for your home. From there, our crew handles the work with clean, professional craftsmanship and a respect for your time and property. We seal, insulate, and finish each window properly, so you get a tight, lasting result and no surprises down the road. As a fully licensed and insured contractor, we stand behind our work and keep you informed at every step. When we’re finished, we leave your home tidy and your windows ready to perform for years to come.
Our Process, Step-by-Step
Step 1
Assess Your Windows
Your first step is simple: let us know what you're seeing. Whether it's drafts, condensation between the panes, or windows that stick, our team will help you understand what comes next.
Step 2
Review Your Window Options
We take a close look at every opening and measure carefully. You'll get a clear, customer-facing report with photos, no jargon, no pressure, and no charge for the consultation.
Step 3
Get Your Estimate & Timeline
Once you know the scope, we lay out the plan: what needs to happen, what it costs, and financing options if you want them. Because your windows are made to order, we'll walk you through the timeline up front.
Step 4
Complete Your Install
Our crews handle the work with quality checks along the way and a job site left clean. Every install is backed by our limited lifetime workmanship warranty and manufacturer coverage on your windows.

They were very responsive when I reached out. They worked around my schedule, showed up when they said they would be there. Very nice and did excellent work in a timely manner.
The First Fruits crew was quick, professional and courteous!. Service was completed in less than a day with an amazing clean up. The owners were knowledgeable with a great deal of experience. I love using local companies and small businesses, especially with a Christian base.
On a personal note, I appreciate how respectful of my wife and I Derrick was. I'm sure it took some courage to approach our little queer household as a Christian company, but I am glad that he did. He and his company embody the values of kindness and loving thy neighbor, and that is something we needed to see and be reminded of in these times, so thank you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common Client Questions
Why should I choose First Fruits Construction?
We combine expert craftsmanship with a sincere commitment to serving people well. As a fully licensed, insured, and OSHA-certified Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, we deliver quality work backed by strong warranties. Just as importantly, we lead with our faith-driven mission—giving back to the community, treating every customer with respect, and standing by our promises. With First Fruits, you get dependable service and a team that genuinely cares.
How do I know it’s time to replace my windows?
A few clear signs point to replacement. If you feel drafts, notice rising energy bills, struggle to open or close your windows, or see condensation forming between the panes, it’s likely time for an upgrade. Older single-pane windows also let in far more heat and cold than modern options. We’re happy to take a look and give you an honest assessment, so you can decide what’s right for your home with confidence.
What does the window installation process look like?
The process is simple and stress-free. First, we visit your home to listen, measure, and recommend the best windows for your needs. Once you choose your windows, we schedule a convenient time and arrive ready to work. Our team removes your old windows, installs the new ones with care, and seals and finishes each one properly. Before we leave, we clean up the space and walk you through everything, so you feel completely satisfied with the result.
